Photography Model Release

Everly Era Photography LLC

In consideration of the photography services provided by Everly Era Photography LLC (“Photographer”), I grant Photographer permission to photograph and record my likeness, appearance and voice, or the likeness, appearance and voice of the minor participant identified above.

1. Promotional Use

I authorize Photographer to use any and all photographs from the session for Photographer’s portfolio, website, blog, social-media accounts, studio samples, printed promotional materials, advertising, competitions, educational demonstrations and other lawful business-marketing purposes.

2. Editing and Presentation

I understand that Photographer may crop, retouch, color-correct, resize, combine or otherwise edit the photographs in a manner consistent with Photographer’s artistic style. Photographer will not knowingly use the photographs in a defamatory, pornographic or intentionally misleading manner.

3. Copyright and Compensation

I understand that Everly Era Photography LLC owns the copyright to photographs created by Photographer unless a separate written copyright-transfer agreement states otherwise.

I understand that I will not receive additional payment, royalties or compensation for an authorized promotional use of the photographs.

4. No Sale of Identity

This release does not authorize Photographer to sell or license my likeness to an unrelated third party for that third party’s independent advertising campaign without additional written permission.

5. Minor Participants

When signing for a participant under 18, I represent that I am the participant’s parent or legal guardian and have legal authority to grant or decline the permissions stated in this release.

6. Revocation

I understand that I may revoke authorization for future promotional use by sending written notice to Photographer. Revocation will apply to new uses after Photographer receives and confirms the request. It may not require Photographer to recall printed materials, remove content already distributed by third parties, or undo uses completed before the revocation.

7. Release

For uses authorized above, I release Everly Era Photography LLC and its owners, employees, contractors and representatives from claims arising solely from the authorized creation, editing, display and publication of the photographs, except to the extent a claim cannot legally be waived.

I have read this release, understand it and voluntarily agree to it.
